Administrative Assistant

Administrative Assistants must be multitaskers and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, be extremely organized, with a keen attention to detail and have superb follow-through skills.

 

An Administrative Assistant’s responsibilities generally may include:

  • Scheduling internal and external meetings
  • Preparing meeting materials
  • Making travel arrangements (including detailed itineraries)
  • Covering multiple phone lines
  • Scanning, filing and organizing various documents
  • Preparing expense reports for the department
  • Assisting with ad-hoc projects

General Qualifications

  • 4+ years of solid administrative experience with track record of professional success; financial services experience strongly preferred but not essential
  • BA/BS preferred with solid academic performance
  • Knowledge of Microsoft office products
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to maintain process and meet deadlines
  • Excellent judgement and someone who takes pride in their work
  • Maturity and high degree of professionalism
