Silver Point Provides Debt Financing to Lighthouse Autism

Greenwich, CT, August 23, 2021 Silver Point Finance, a subsidiary of Silver Point Capital, L.P., fully underwrote and led the financing of a $250 million senior secured term loan to Lighthouse Autism Center (the “Financing”). The Financing was done to support an investment in the business by an affiliate of Cerberus Capital Management.
