Ed Mulé is the CEO of Silver Point Capital and Portfolio Manager of Silver Point’s funds, having built and run the Firm since inception in 2002. Prior to founding Silver Point, Ed worked for more than 16 years at Goldman Sachs. Ed, together with Bob O’Shea, led Goldman’s distressed debt broker-dealer businesses, including establishing a proprietary middle market direct lending business for the firm in 1996. He headed or co-headed Goldman’s Special Situations Investing Business from 1999 to 2001, and co-founded and headed or co-headed the Asian Special Situations Investing Business (“ASSG”) and associated funds, including the Goldman Sachs Special Opportunities (Asia) Fund, from 1998 to 2001. He was a member of Goldman’s Senior Traders Committee.

Ed was elected general partner in 1994. Before joining Goldman’s special situations efforts in 1995, Ed worked for Jon Corzine and Henry Paulson in 1994 and Robert E. Rubin and Stephen Friedman from 1991 to 1994 in the Office of the Chairman. In this role, he assisted the chairmen on strategy and its implementation, as well as reengineering, setting up control and compliance infrastructure and cost cutting. Prior to that, Ed was an investment banker in the Mergers and Acquisitions Department from 1984 to 1991, specializing in a number of areas, including telecommunications, consumer products and forest products. He was also a founding member of Goldman’s European M&A business in 1985.

Ed graduated magna cum laude from the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School, contemporaneously receiving both his M.B.A. and B.S. degrees at the age of 21.

Bob O’Shea is the Chairman of Silver Point Capital, having built and run the Firm since inception in 2002. Bob began his career in the Leveraged Loan Underwriting and Syndication group for Security Pacific Merchant Bank before joining Bear Stearns in their high yield and bankruptcy department to focus on trading leveraged loans. In 1990, Goldman Sachs recruited Bob to build Goldman’s Global Bank Loan business. Bob designed and implemented Goldman’s global bank loan strategy. The strategy encompassed building the number one secondary bank loan trading business, which involved building and running all of sales, trading, sourcing and research. Subsequently, Bob built Goldman’s primary business of underwriting leveraged loans by building and running the leveraged finance and capital markets team. As a result, Goldman Sachs became the first investment bank to compete with global money center banks in underwriting and syndicating corporate loans. After executing the model in North America, Bob expanded the business by building out Europe. Bob also built Goldman’s trade claim business. Bob and Ed Mulé teamed up to build the firm’s proprietary Direct Lending Business in 1996.

At the time Bob left Goldman Sachs in 2000, he was the head of the Global High Yield Business Unit, which included managing all sales, trading, capital markets, research, sourcing and the CLO business, while also running the Global Bank Loan Business and co-managing Goldman’s proprietary special situations and distressed investing activities with Ed. Bob was a member of Goldman’s Risk Committee, which was comprised of approximately 15 partners, including the CEO, who were responsible for managing the firm’s global risk exposure. He was also on the Board of Goldman Sachs International Bank and Senior Traders Committee. He was elected general partner in 1994.

Bob graduated from Fordham University with a BS in Finance in 1987.

Mr. Gatto joined Silver Point Capital in April 2002 and became the first non-founding partner in January 2003. Today, he is the head of the Firm’s Private Side, which includes the Firm’s Direct Lending business and the Firm’s Restructuring Activities.

Prior to joining Silver Point, Mr. Gatto worked at Goldman Sachs as a senior member within the Special Situations Investing Business. Before Goldman, Mr. Gatto designed and taught credit training programs for loan officers of North American and European Financial Institutions, and prior to his training program work, he was a loan officer and director of Global Training at Citibank.

Outside of Silver Point, Mr. Gatto is an adjunct professor at Columbia Business School and Fordham University’s Gabelli School of Business, where he teaches courses on credit analysis, and distressed value & special situation investing.

He authored the credit investing textbook – “The Credit Investor’s Handbook: Leveraged Loans, High Yield Bonds and Distressed Debt.”

Mr. Davis is a Partner at Silver Point Capital and serves as the Head of the Firm’s Public Side, overseeing the Firm’s Credit and Special Situations businesses as well as its CLO platform. He is also the Co-Portfolio Manager of the Flagship Hedge Funds and Dislocation Drawdown Funds.

Mr. Davis joined Silver Point in 2008 and became a Partner in 2019. He is a member of the Credit Committee, Portfolio Committee, Markets Committee, and Risk Committee for the Flagship Hedge Funds, Dislocation Drawdown Funds and Tactical Credit Opportunities Fund. Prior to Silver Point, he worked as an analyst at Goldman Sachs.

Mr. Davis graduated summa cum laude from Brigham Young University, where he earned a BS in Accounting.

Mr. Reganato is a Partner at Silver Point Capital and serves as Global Head of the Firm’s Restructuring activities. He joined Silver Point in 2002 and became a Partner in 2019.

Prior to leading the Firm’s restructuring efforts, Mr. Reganato was a Managing Director on the Public Desk, focusing on Credit Market Opportunities and Special Situations. Before joining Silver Point, he worked as an analyst in the Leveraged Finance group within the Investment Banking Division at Morgan Stanley.

Mr. Reganato graduated summa cum laude from New York University’s Stern School of Business, where he earned a BS in Finance and Accounting.

Mr. Alzapiedi serves as Head of Trading at Silver Point Capital and is an active member of the Markets Committee. He currently leads the dedicated trading team and oversees all trading activity, including opportunistic credit and special situations trading for the public desk, a European trading desk based in London and liquid performing credit (CLO) trades.

Prior to joining Silver Point in 2005, he was Vice President of Trading at Gabelli Asset Management, where he managed the broker-dealer trading desk.

Mr. Alzapiedi earned a BA in Finance from Roger Williams University’s Mario J. Gabelli School of Business.

Mr. DiNello is the Head of Direct Lending at Silver Point Capital and President of Silver Point Specialty Lending Fund. He serves as an Investment Committee Member for the Direct Lending Strategy. He joined the Firm in 2006 as an investment analyst and has worked on both the Direct Lending and Restructuring teams. In 2015, following Silver Point’s launch of Specialty Credit Fund I, Mr. DiNello began focusing exclusively on Direct Lending, before assuming his current role of Head of Direct Lending in 2020.

Prior to joining Silver Point, Mr. DiNello worked in the Global Industrials & Services Group at Credit Suisse First Boston.

Mr. DiNello graduated with highest honors from the University of Michigan Business School, earning a BBA with an emphasis in Finance and Accounting.

Mr. Banks is a Managing Director on Silver Point Capital’s Public Desk and an Investment Committee Member for the Tactical Credit Opportunities Fund.

Prior to joining Silver Point in 2006, Mr. Banks was a Vice President in Morgan Stanley’s Healthcare Investment Banking Group. Prior to that, he was a Senior Associate at Trivest Partners, L.P., where he focused on healthcare private equity investing, and an Assistant Vice President of Corporate Banking with SunTrust Banks, Inc. (now Truist).

Mr. Banks earned a JD with honors from the University of Chicago Law School and a BS in Business Administration with honors from the University of Florida.

Mr. Dowd is a Managing Director on the Public Trading Desk at Silver Point Capital, where he focuses on Credit Market Opportunities and Special Situations. He is a member of the Credit Committee, Portfolio Committee, Markets Committee, and Risk Committee for the Flagship Hedge Funds and Dislocation Drawdown Funds.

Prior to joining Silver Point, Mr. Dowd was the Head of Credit at Viking Global Investors. Earlier in his career, he was a Managing Director at King Street Capital Management, where he served on the U.S. Investment Committee and oversaw the Tactical Credit Opportunity Fund. He began his career as an Investment Banking Analyst at Goldman Sachs.

Mr. Dowd received a BA in Economics from Harvard College.

Mr. Egee is the Head of European Trading at Silver Point Capital.

Prior to joining Silver Point, Mr. Egee was with Goldman Sachs for nearly twenty years, most recently in the position of Managing Director and Head of European Leveraged Finance Trading.

Mr. Egee earned a BS in Finance from The Pennsylvania State University.

Mr. Lovitt is a Managing Director and Head of Research at Silver Point Capital. He is a member of the Credit Committee, Portfolio Committee, Markets Committee, and Risk Committee for the Flagship Hedge Funds and Dislocation Drawdown Funds.

Mr. Lovitt first joined Silver Point in 2004, spending nearly six years as a Senior Analyst on the Firm’s Public Desk, focusing on Credit Market Opportunities and Special Situations. Before rejoining the Firm in 2018, Mr. Lovitt was a Partner and Portfolio Manager at GMO. Prior to that, he worked in the Mergers & Acquisitions Department of Morgan Stanley. Earlier in his career, he worked as an attorney after clerking at the United States Supreme Court.

Mr. Lovitt earned a JD from Stanford University Law School and a BA in Economics and Philosophy from Dartmouth College.

Mr. Mirchandani is a Managing Director on the Public Trading Desk at Silver Point and is Head of Europe. He leads the Firm’s Credit, Special Situations, and Capital Solutions activity in Europe and select emerging markets.

Prior to joining Silver Point, Mr. Mirchandani was a Partner and Portfolio Manager at Inherent Group. Before that, he spent over ten years with King Street Capital Management, most recently as a Senior Research Analyst.  He began his career as an Investment Banking Analyst at Goldman Sachs.

Mr. Mirchandani earned a BA in Government and Economics from Harvard University.

Mr. Montague is a Managing Director at Silver Point Capital and serves as an Investment Committee Member for the Tactical Credit Opportunities Fund and Direct Lending Strategy.

Mr. Montague joined Silver Point Capital in 2012 as a member of the private side focused on special situation investing and asset management, later transitioning to a dedicated underwriting role within the Firm’s Direct Lending Strategy, and subsequently led the development and build-out of the Originations & Capital Markets team.  Prior to joining the Firm, he worked in M&A at Robert W. Baird & Co.

Mr. Montague earned a BS in Foreign Service with a major in International Economics and a concentration in Finance and Commerce from Georgetown University’s School of Foreign Service.

Mr. Mount is Head of Liquid Performing Credit and serves as CLO Portfolio Manager at Silver Point Capital.

Prior to joining the Firm in 2022, Mr. Mount spent 19 years managing CLOs, separately managed accounts (SMAs), and total return funds at CIFC Asset Management, including his time as a Portfolio Manager and Credit Analyst with CypressTree Investment Management, prior to its acquisition by CIFC.

Mr. Mount earned a BS in Psychology from St. Lawrence University and an MBA from Northeastern University.

Mr. Schumacher is a Managing Director and the Head of Originations and Capital Markets at Silver Point Capital on the Firm’s Direct Lending team, primarily focused on the origination, structuring, and distribution of Direct Lending opportunities.

Prior to joining Silver Point in 2022, Mr. Schumacher held several senior roles at Deutsche Bank, including Managing Director in Leveraged Finance Capital Markets, preceded by his role in Leveraged Finance Origination.

Mr. Schumacher earned an MBA from Cornell University’s Johnson Graduate School of Management and a BS in Finance from Oswego State University.

Mr. Sheahan is a Managing Director at Silver Point Capital, primarily focused on credit underwriting for the Firm’s Direct Lending businesses. He also serves on the Direct Lending Investment Committee.

Mr. Sheahan first joined Silver Point in 2006 and spent over three years as a Senior Investment Professional for the Firm’s Direct Lending Strategy. Prior to rejoining Silver Point in 2022, Mr. Sheahan founded MFS Capital LLC and served as a Managing Director in the Special Situations Group at Ares Management Corporation. Earlier in his career, he was a Vice President in the Special Situations Group at TCW/Crescent Capital Group, and he began his career in the investment banking division of Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette.

Mr. Sheahan earned a BA in Honors Business Administration, with distinction, from the Richard Ivey School of Business at the University of Western Ontario. He also completed an Executive Education certificate program at Harvard Business School and is a CFA Charterholder.

Mr. Sweeney is a Managing Director and Head of Portfolio Management at Silver Point Capital, leading the team dedicated to portfolio management and monitoring for the Firm’s Direct Lending businesses.

Prior to joining Silver Point, Mr. Sweeney was a Principal at Carlyle Global Credit, where he focused on Middle Market Direct Lending. Earlier in his career, he was a Vice President at Morgan Stanley and began his career at Allied Irish Banks.

Mr. Sweeney earned a BBS from the University of Limerick.

Ms. Bloom is the Head of Human Resources at Silver Point Capital.

Prior to joining Silver Point in 2013, Ms. Bloom was a Human Resources Generalist and Project Manager at Soros Fund Management. Before her work at Soros, she spent 20 years at Goldman Sachs in various Human Resources roles.

Ms. Bloom earned a BS in Economics from Trinity College.

Mr. Crutchfield is Silver Point Capital’s Chief Technology Officer – Infrastructure and Cybersecurity, responsible for the Firm’s infrastructure engineering and support teams, including cloud, cybersecurity, systems, network, telecommunications, and end-user technologies.

Prior to joining Silver Point in 2008, Mr. Crutchfield worked as a Vice President in the IT Department at Morgan Stanley, specializing in IT risk, security, and service management. He began his career consulting in web development, networking, and end-user support.

Mr. Crutchfield holds both an MS and a BS in Information Systems from Marist College.

Mr. Dorigo is the Chief Financial Officer of the Silver Point Funds, responsible for all operations, accounting, financing, analysis, and reporting related to the Silver Point Funds.

Mr. Dorigo joined Silver Point in 2005, initially working on the Accounting and Valuation teams, ultimately leading and developing the Valuation team, Reporting team, and Financing team. He was named Deputy CFO of the Funds in 2017 and CFO of the Funds in 2020.

Mr. Dorigo earned a BA in Economics from New York University’s College of Arts and Science.

Ms. Hatch is the Chief Financial Officer – Firm at Silver Point Capital, overseeing firm accounting and reporting as well as technology, fund accounting and IR Operations.

Prior to joining the Firm in 2004, she was a Senior Manager at Ernst & Young for two years and spent seven years at Arthur Andersen, serving audit and business advisory clients in the financial markets.

Ms. Hatch earned an MBA in Accounting and Finance from New York University’s Stern School of Business and a BS in Mathematics and Economics from Northwestern University.

Mr. Harrington is a Managing Director and Global Head of Client and Product Solutions at Silver Point Capital. He is responsible for overseeing all aspects of capital raising, investor management, and product initiatives globally.

Prior to joining Silver Point, Mr. Harrington was with Oaktree Capital Management for sixteen years, most recently as Global Head of Marketing. Before Oaktree, he spent over ten years at both Coast Asset Management and Lazard Asset Management, focusing on institutional and intermediary distribution. Earlier in his career, he worked in management consulting at Coopers & Lybrand, LLP for nearly three years and spent seven years in the field of education.

Mr. Harrington earned a BA in Economics and History from St. Lawrence University and an MEd in Administration and Planning from Harvard University.

Ms. Johnson is the Co-Head of Business Development in the Americas. As Co-Head of Business Development, Ms. Johnson is responsible for the Firms’ existing and prospective investor outreach efforts in the Americas and driving the growth of the Firm’s global capital base. She began her career at Silver Point as a member of the Investor Relations and Marketing team. Ms. Johnson graduated from the University of Connecticut where she earned a B.S. in Mathematics.

Mr. Kasmarcik is the Chief Compliance Officer at Silver Point Capital.

Prior to joining the Firm in 2008, he worked for the Enforcement Division of the United States Securities and Exchange Commission, serving as an Attorney from March 2004 to April 2008 and as a Securities Compliance Examiner from July 1999 to March 2004.

Mr. Kasmarcik earned a JD from Pace Law School and a BS in Business Administration – Finance from Binghamton University.

Mr. Ko is the COO of the Investor Relations and Business Development (“IR & BD”) group and is responsible for the strategic development and operational growth of the team as well as evaluating or executing on new capital raising and product initiatives. Mr. Ko also oversees the group’s Product Strategy and Development function. Prior to joining Silver Point, he was Principal of Capital Formation and Investor Solutions at Varagon Capital Partners. Before that, Mr. Ko was Vice President of Corporate Development at Golub Capital and Assistant Vice President of Corporate Strategy at Springleaf Financial Services. He began his career in the Financial Institutions Investment Banking group at Bank of America Merrill Lynch. Mr. Ko graduated from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania where he earned a B.S. in Economics, Finance and Marketing.

Mr. Lee is the Head of Business Development in Europe, Middle East and Africa (“EMEA”). Mr. Lee is responsible for the Firm’s existing and prospective investor outreach efforts in EMEA and driving the growth of the Firm’s global capital base. Prior to joining Silver Point, Mr. Lee was a Managing Director and Head of Investor Relations at Keensight Capital. Before Keensight, he was a Partner and Head of Investor Relations at Novalpina Capital and prior to that, a Managing Director at Park Hill Private Equity. Mr. Lee also held senior capital raising roles at Mercury Capital Advisors and Zouk Capital in the UK. He received his Bachelor degree in Foreign Civilizations from University Paris X and his Masters of Science in Management from NEOMA Business School.

Mr. Lescott serves as Head of Business Transformation on Silver Point Capital’s Public Desk.

Prior to joining Silver Point, Mr. Lescott was the Founder of Adaptive Portfolio Technologies. Earlier in his career, he was a Portfolio Manager at Inherent Group and Founder and Portfolio Manager at Chimney Rock Investments, following its spinoff from Ziff Brothers Investments, where he previously served as President of Ziff Brothers Fixed Income. Mr. Lescott began his career at Salomon Brothers Inc. as an associate in Global Fixed Income.

Mr. Lescott earned a BA in Philosophy from the College of the Holy Cross and an MBA from Harvard Business School.

Mr. Minchin is a Managing Director and Head of Strategy at Silver Point Capital. He focuses on expanding the Firm’s investment strategies, and evaluating new asset vertical, platforms and partnerships.

Prior to joining Silver Point, Mr. Minchin worked at Apollo Global Management, most recently serving as Chief Operating Officer of Apollo Capital Solutions. During his time at Apollo, he also held roles in Business Strategy and Strategic Finance. Before that, he worked as a Vice President in Citigroup’s Corporate and Investment Banking business, focusing on Finance & Strategy.

Mr. Minchin graduated cum laude from Connecticut College with a BA in Economics and a focus on Applied Statistics.

Ms. Parker is the Head of Investor Relations and is responsible for leading and overseeing the Product Specialist team, who serve as deep product and portfolio experts, drive servicing & management of our existing investor base and support our active fundraising efforts. Ms. Parker began her career at Silver Point on our Direct Lending team. Prior to joining Silver Point, she was a member of the Leveraged Finance Group at Merrill Lynch. Ms. Parker graduated summa cum laude from New York University’s Stern School of Business where she earned a B.S. in Finance and Accounting.

Mr. Saypol is the Chief Operating Officer at Silver Point Capital. He partners with the firm’s senior leadership on strategic planning, prioritization and execution to ensure that Silver Point’s investment and infrastructure teams are aligned in driving continuous improvement, innovation and results for its clients.

Mr. Saypol joined Silver Point in 2006 and spent more than a decade as a senior investment professional on the Public Desk, focusing on Credit Market Opportunities and Special Situations. He began his career in the Consumer, Food, and Retail Group at Lazard Ltd.

Mr. Saypol graduated summa cum laude from Princeton University with a BA in Economics.

Mr. Schraml is Silver Point Capital’s Chief Technology Officer – Development and Reporting, responsible for leading the Firm’s software development, data architecture, reporting, automation, and AI/ML initiatives.

Prior to joining the Firm in 2007, he worked as a Senior Developer at Pepsi Bottling Group.

Mr. Schraml earned a BS in Information Technology from Marist College.

Mr. Squeri is Silver Point Capital’s Global Chief Technology Officer, overseeing the Firm’s global technology strategy and infrastructure.

Prior to joining the Firm, he held the roles of Global CIO and Chief Technology Officer at Citadel and Global Chief Information Officer at Barclays. Earlier in his career, Mr. Squeri was Global Chief Technology Officer for Goldman Sachs’ Equity Division and more recently advised Google and fintech start-ups.

Mr. Squeri earned a BS in Computer Science from City University of New York and an MBA in Finance from Pace University.

Mr. Weiser is the General Counsel for Silver Point Capital, overseeing all legal and compliance functions for the Firm. Previously, he served as the Firm’s Chief Compliance Officer.

Prior to joining Silver Point in 2011, he was a Partner/Principal and Associate General Counsel at Ernst & Young, LLP. Earlier in his career, Mr. Weiser served as an Assistant U.S. Attorney in the U.S. Attorney’s Office, Eastern District of New York, an Associate at Cravath, Swaine & Moore, and a Law Clerk for U.S. District Court Judge John Gleeson.

Mr. Weiser earned a JD, cum laude, from New York University School of Law and graduated magna cum laude from the University of Pennsylvania.

Ms. Swenson is a Managing Director and Chief Operating Officer for the Public Desk at Silver Point.

Prior to joining Silver Point, Ms. Swenson served as Chief Operating Officer at Vatic Labs. Before that, she spent over thirteen years at Citadel where she served as Chief Operating Officer for multiple fundamental equities businesses, including Surveyor Capital and Global Equities. There she was responsible for scaling the businesses and delivering platform resources to investment teams with a focus on talent, technology and strategic priorities.

She started her career at Keefe, Bruyette & Woods in Institutional Equities.

Ms. Swenson earned her BA in Economics with a minor in Sociology from Middlebury College, graduating Cum Laude.

Mr. Zeitlin is the Chief Operating Officer for Silver Point Capital’s Direct Lending businesses, where he oversees operational strategy, infrastructure, and execution across the Firm’s Direct Lending platform.

Mr. Zeitlin is a Founding Partner of New Ground Ventures and previously served as a Partner in Silver Point’s lending business from 2002 through 2010. Earlier in his career, he worked as a Senior Associate at TPG and as an analyst in the Merchant Banking Division of Goldman Sachs.

Mr. Zeitlin graduated with highest honors from the University of Texas at Austin, earning a BBA in Finance and a BA in the Plan II Honors Program.

Mr. Altmann is a Managing Director on Silver Point Capital’s Public Desk, focusing on Credit Market Opportunities and Special Situations.

Mr. Altmann first joined Silver Point in 2006, spending four years as an investment analyst on both the Firm’s Private and then Public Desk. Prior to rejoining Silver Point in 2013, he spent two years as a Global Strategist at Woodbine Capital Advisors.

Mr. Altmann graduated summa cum laude from the University of Pennsylvania’s Huntsman Program in International Studies and Business, earning a BA in International Studies from the School of Arts and Sciences and a BS in Economics from the Wharton School.

Mr. Brockett is a Managing Director for Silver Point Capital’s Direct Lending businesses, with a focus on Capital Markets.

Prior to joining Silver Point, Mr. Brockett worked at Goldman Sachs for over twelve years, where he most recently served as a Managing Director in the Leveraged Finance Investment Banking Division. He began his career at Goldman Sachs as an Analyst in the Securities Division.

Mr. Brockett earned a BA in Political Economy from Yale University.

Mr. Catera is a Managing Director for Silver Point Capital’s Direct Lending businesses, with a focus on Capital Markets.

Prior to joining Silver Point, Mr. Catera was a Partner and Head of Capital Markets at Siris Capital Group, with a focus on structuring, negotiating and advising portfolio companies on debt and equity financings. Earlier in his career, he worked as an investment banking analyst at Deutsche Bank.

Mr. Catera earned a BS in Finance from Rutgers University.

Mr. Crosetto is a Managing Director at Silver Point Capital for the Firm’s Direct Lending businesses, with a focus on Real Estate.

Prior to joining Silver Point, Mr. Crosetto was a Managing Director in the Real Estate Investing Group at HPS Investment Partners. Earlier in his career, he served as Chief Operating Officer at Kushner Companies and as Vice President in Acquisitions and Capital Markets at Vornado Realty Trust. Mr. Crosetto began his career at Goldman Sachs, working in the Special Situations Group and the Investment Banking Division.

Mr. Crosetto earned a BA in Economics and an MBA from Stanford University, where he was an Arjay Miller Scholar.

Mr. Elliott-Taylor is the European CLO Portfolio Manager at Silver Point Capital.

Prior to joining Silver Point, Mr. Elliott-Taylor was a Portfolio Manager in the Alternative Investments division at DWS. Before that, he served as a European CLO Portfolio Manager at CIFC Asset Management. Earlier in his career, Mr. Elliott-Taylor worked as a credit analyst at several organizations including Legal & General, 3i, and Investcorp.

Mr. Elliott-Taylor earned a BSc with first class honors in Economics from the University of Leeds.

Mr. Ehmer is a Managing Director and Co-Portfolio Manager for the Tactical Credit Opportunities Fund at Silver Point Capital. He focuses on Credit Market Opportunities, Special Situations, and Capital Solutions across the Silver Point platform.

Mr. Ehmer joined the Firm in 2005. During his tenure at Silver Point, Mr. Ehmer has worked on both the Public Desk and Direct Lending teams. He has also served on the Credit Committee, Portfolio Committee, Markets Committee, and Risk Committee.

Mr. Ehmer earned a joint degree from the University of Pennsylvania, graduating summa cum laude with a BS in Economics from the Wharton School and a BAS in Systems Engineering from the School of Engineering and Applied Science.

Mr. Esposito is a CLO Committee Member and Sector Head on Silver Point Capital’s CLO Team.

Prior to joining Silver Point in 2022, Mr. Esposito held senior analyst roles at Octagon Credit Investors and Ares Management, focused on leveraged credit investment opportunities. Earlier in his career, he held positions at Imperial Capital and RBS.

Mr. Esposito received his BSBA from Georgetown University’s McDonough School of Business and is a CFA Charterholder.

Mr. Fallon is a Managing Director on Silver Point Capital’s Restructuring team.

Prior to joining Silver Point in 2022, Mr. Fallon was a Managing Director in the Restructuring and Special Situations Group at PJT Partners. Earlier in his career, he worked as an associate at the Blackstone Group and Pensler Capital.

Mr. Fallon earned an MBA in Finance from the University of Pennsylvania and a BA in Anthropology and Economics from Yale University.

Mr. Feil is a Senior Strategist on Silver Point Capital’s Direct Lending team.

Prior to joining Silver Point, Mr. Feil was Head of Digital Strategies at Sixth Street Partners. Before that, he served as a Portfolio Manager at Perry Capital. Mr. Feil began his career at Goldman Sachs, where he held several leadership roles, including Co-Head of Commodity Investor Strategies and Head of Non-Agency RMBS & Consumer ABS Research.

Mr. Feil earned a BA in Computer Science with Honors in Creative Writing from Brown University.

Mr. Friedman is a Managing Director on Silver Point Capital’s Public Desk, focusing on Credit Market Opportunities and Special Situations.

Prior to joining Silver Point, Mr. Friedman was a Partner at Whitefort Capital Management. Before that, he spent over eight years at Grantham, Mayo, Van Otterloo & Co. LLC (GMO), most recently holding the position of Co-Head and Portfolio Manager of the Credit Opportunities Strategy. Mr. Friedman began his career at Morgan Stanley as an associate in the Distressed Debt and Special Situations Group.

Mr. Friedman earned a BA in History from Dartmouth College.

Mr. Gregory is a Managing Director on Silver Point Capital’s Direct Lending team.

Mr. Gregory began his career with Silver Point, joining the Firm in 2005. He spent nearly fourteen years with the Firm, most recently holding the position of Senior Analyst on the Public Desk, focusing on Credit Market Opportunities and Special Situations. After his tenure at Silver Point, he worked as a Director at Taconic Capital before rejoining Silver Point in 2024.

Mr. Gregory earned a BA in International Studies and a BS in Economics from the University of Pennsylvania, graduating summa cum laude.

Mr. Jordan is a Managing Director on Silver Point Capital’s Direct Lending team.

Prior to joining Silver Point in 2017, Mr. Jordan held several senior positions including, Managing Director at Brightwood Capital Advisors and Head of Originations at H.I.G. WhiteHorse. Before that, he was a Vice President at American Capital and began his career at Prudential Securities Investment Banking.

Mr. Jordan earned an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a BA from James Madison University.

Mr. Kallmann is a Managing Director on Silver Point Capital’s Public Desk, focusing on Credit Market Opportunities and Special Situations.

Mr. Kallmann first joined Silver Point in 2008 and worked as an analyst on the Public Desk until 2010. Prior to rejoining Silver Point in 2023, Mr. Kallmann was Head of Distressed Investment Sourcing at GoldenTree Asset Management. Before that, he held several positions including, Managing Director at Och-Ziff Capital Management and Vice President at Avenue Capital. Mr. Kallmann began his career as an investment banking analyst at Goldman Sachs.

Mr. Kallmann earned a BA in History from Dartmouth College.

Mr. Karp is a Senior Advisor on Silver Point Capital’s Direct Lending team.

Prior to joining Silver Point, Mr. Karp was a Managing Director of Oak Hill Advisors. Before Oak Hill, he was a Senior Advisor of Sankaty Advisors, President of EDK Consulting LLC, a business strategy and capital markets consultancy, Managing Director and Head of Bank of America’s Global Financial Sponsors group and prior to that, served as Global Head of JP Morgan’s Financial Sponsors group. Mr. Karp began his career at Bear Stearns.

Mr. Karp earned an MBA from The Harvard Business School and a BA. in History from the State University of New York at Stony Brook.

Mr. Kecskes is a Managing Director on Silver Point Capital’s Public Desk, focusing on Credit Market Opportunities and Special Situations.

Prior to joining Silver Point in 2019, Mr. Kecskes was a Managing Director at Global Credit Advisers, where he covered energy, industrials, and mining. Earlier in his career, he worked as a high-yield desk analyst at Morgan Stanley and as an analyst in the Leveraged Finance Group at Citigroup.

Mr. Kecskes earned an MBA from Columbia Business School and a BS in Finance from the University of Florida. He is also a CFA Charterholder.

Mr. Kovacs is a CLO Committee Member and Sector Head on Silver Point Capital’s CLO Team.

Prior to joining Silver Point in 2022, Mr. Kovacs was a Principal at Blackstone Credit/GSO Capital. Earlier in his career, he was a Vice President at Sumitomo Mitsui Trust Bank and an investment analyst at Chicago Fundamental Investment Partners. Mr. Kovacs also held the position of analyst in Corporate Banking at Wells Fargo.

Mr. Kovacs earned a BA in Economics and Finance from Muhlenberg College and an MS in Finance from the University of Illinois. He is also a CFA Charterholder.

Mr. Koziol is a Managing Director on Silver Point Capital’s Direct Lending team.

Prior to joining Silver Point in 2019, Mr. Koziol was a Vice President at WL Ross & Co. and also worked at Clearlake Capital Group. He began his career in the Restructuring Group at Lazard Ltd.

Mr. Koziol earned a BA in Mathematical Economics from Colgate University.

Ms. Kukuruza is a CLO Committee Member and Sector Head on Silver Point Capital’s CLO Team.

Prior to joining Silver Point in 2022, Ms. Kukuruza was a Senior Credit Analyst at Intermediate Capital Group. Earlier in her career, she worked as a credit analyst at SKY Harbor Capital Management and as a Senior Bond and Loan Analyst at Barclays.

Ms. Kukuruza earned a BS in Applied Mathematics from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT).

Mr. Lavelle is a Managing Director on Silver Point Capital’s Restructuring team.

Mr. Lavelle first joined Silver Point in 2008, spending eleven years with the Firm, most recently as a Senior Investment Analyst on the Restructuring team. Prior to rejoining Silver Point in 2024, he co-founded, built, and monetized a brownfield dental office venture. Earlier in his career, Mr. Lavelle was an investment banking analyst at Credit Suisse.

Mr. Lavelle earned a BBA in Finance and Psychology from the University of Notre Dame graduating summa cum laude.

Mr. Masi is a Senior Trader and CLO Committee Member on Silver Point Capital’s CLO Team.

Prior to joining Silver Point in 2022, Mr. Masi was a Managing Director and Trader at Onex Credit Partners. Before that, he worked as a Credit Trader at American Capital and FBR Capital Markets. Mr. Masi began his career as an Analyst at GSO Capital Partners (now Blackstone Credit).

Mr. Masi earned a BA in Economics from Union College.

Mr. McElwee is Head of CLO Capital Markets and Structuring at Silver Point Capital.

Prior to joining Silver Point, Mr. McElwee was Director of CLO Structuring and Strategic Business Development at Investcorp Credit Management. Before that, he served as Director of Business Development and Investor Relations at Marble Point Credit Management and held the position of Vice President in Credit Structuring at Deutsche Bank Securities. Mr. McElwee began his career as an analyst at Bank of America Merrill Lynch.

Mr. McElwee earned a BS in Business Administration from Georgetown University.

Mr. Musicaro is a CLO Committee Member and Sector Head on Silver Point Capital’s CLO Team.

Prior to joining Silver Point in 2022, Mr. Musicaro was a Senior Investment Analyst at Hayfin Capital Management. Earlier in his career, he worked as a Corporate Credit Analyst in the Consumer Products and Healthcare Ratings Group at Moody’s.

Mr. Musicaro earned a BA in Economics and History from Colby College.

Mr. O’Connor is a Senior Trader on Silver Point Capital’s Public Desk.

Prior to joining Silver Point, Mr. O’Connor was a Director in High Yield and Distressed Sales at Barclays Capital.  Earlier in his career, he held senior sales and trading roles at Jefferies and Knight Capital Group. Mr. O’Connor began his professional career as an officer in the United States Navy, where he deployed globally in multiple operational roles.

Mr. O’Connor earned a BS in Political Science from the United States Naval Academy and an MBA from NYU’s Leonard N. Stern School of Business.

Ms. Olsen is a Senior Trader on Silver Point Capital’s Public Desk.

Prior to joining Silver Point in 2015, Ms. Olsen was a Senior Trader at Regiment Capital Advisors, and a Credit Trader at KKR. Earlier in her career, Ms. Olsen spent time as a Trader in Leveraged Loan & Distressed Trading and a Research Analyst in Distressed Debt at Morgan Stanley.

Ms. Olsen earned a BA in Mathematics and Economics from Duke University.

Mr. Patterson is a Managing Director on Silver Point Capital’s Direct Lending team. He has also spent time as a Senior Analyst on the Firm’s Public Desk, focusing on Credit Market Opportunities and Special Situations.

Prior to joining Silver Point in 2017, Mr. Patterson was a Senior Associate at Wind Point Partners and an investment banking analyst at J.P. Morgan.

Mr. Patterson earned a BA in Government from Georgetown University.

Ms. Penza is a Managing Director at Silver Point Capital, responsible for strategic and financing initiatives within Silver Point’s Direct Lending businesses, including sourcing and execution of financing arrangements and structured products.

Prior to joining Silver Point in 2022, Ms. Penza was a Managing Director in the Financial Institutions Investment Banking group at Wells Fargo Securities, where she primarily focused on the alternative and traditional asset management sector and led the BDC practice. Earlier in her career, Ms. Penza worked as an investor accountant for PHH Mortgage.

Ms. Penza earned an MBA from Georgetown University and a BA in Business Administration, Political Science, and International Relations from the American University in Bulgaria.

Mr. Putman is a Managing Director on Silver Point Capital’s Direct Lending team.

Prior to joining Silver Point, Mr. Putman was a Managing Director at Angelo Gordon and served as Chief Financial Officer at Torch Energy. Earlier in his career, he held positions at several organizations, including D.B. Zwirn, Merrill Lynch and Jefferies.

Mr. Putman earned a BBA in Finance from the University of Texas.

Mr. Sikander is a Managing Director on Silver Point Capital’s Public Desk, focusing on Credit Market Opportunities and Special Situations.

Prior to joining Silver Point in 2018, Mr. Sikander was a Portfolio Manager within Blackstone’s Senfina Advisors platform. Before that, he spent eight years at Serengeti Asset Management, joining as an analyst and becoming a Senior Managing Director on the research team. Earlier in his career, Mr. Sikander worked as an associate at Gryphon Investors and began his career as an analyst in the Media and Telecommunications Group at DLJ.

Mr. Sikander earned an MBA from The Wharton School and a BS in Commerce from the McIntire School of Commerce at the University of Virginia.

Mr. Staples is a Managing Director on Silver Point Capital’s Public Desk, focusing on Credit Market Opportunities and Special Situations.

Prior to joining Silver Point in 2018, Mr. Staples was a Distressed Debt and Special Situations Analyst at GMO. Before that, he was a member of the M&A Investment Team at Leucadia National Corporation and worked on the Private Equity Team at Partners Group AG.

Mr. Staples earned a BS in Accounting from Brigham Young University.

Mr. Weisman is a Managing Director on Silver Point Capital’s Restructuring team.

Prior to joining Silver Point in 2021, Mr. Weisman was a Managing Director at Oak Hill and an analyst at Plainfield Asset Management. He began his career in the Financial Sponsors Group at Citigroup.

Mr. Weisman graduated summa cum laude from Cornell University with a BS in Applied Economics and Management.
