Ed Mulé is the CEO of Silver Point Capital and Portfolio Manager of Silver Point’s funds, having built and run the Firm since inception in 2002. Prior to founding Silver Point, Ed worked for more than 16 years at Goldman Sachs. Ed, together with Bob O’Shea, led Goldman’s distressed debt broker-dealer businesses, including establishing a proprietary middle market direct lending business for the firm in 1996. He headed or co-headed Goldman’s Special Situations Investing Business from 1999 to 2001, and co-founded and headed or co-headed the Asian Special Situations Investing Business (“ASSG”) and associated funds, including the Goldman Sachs Special Opportunities (Asia) Fund, from 1998 to 2001. He was a member of Goldman’s Senior Traders Committee.

Ed was elected general partner in 1994. Before joining Goldman’s special situations efforts in 1995, Ed worked for Jon Corzine and Henry Paulson in 1994 and Robert E. Rubin and Stephen Friedman from 1991 to 1994 in the Office of the Chairman. In this role, he assisted the chairmen on strategy and its implementation, as well as reengineering, setting up control and compliance infrastructure and cost cutting. Prior to that, Ed was an investment banker in the Mergers and Acquisitions Department from 1984 to 1991, specializing in a number of areas, including telecommunications, consumer products and forest products. He was also a founding member of Goldman’s European M&A business in 1985.

Ed graduated magna cum laude from the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School, contemporaneously receiving both his M.B.A. and B.S. degrees at the age of 21.

Bob O’Shea is the Chairman of Silver Point Capital, having built and run the Firm since inception in 2002. Bob began his career in the Leveraged Loan Underwriting and Syndication group for Security Pacific Merchant Bank before joining Bear Stearns in their high yield and bankruptcy department to focus on trading leveraged loans. In 1990, Goldman Sachs recruited Bob to build Goldman’s Global Bank Loan business. Bob designed and implemented Goldman’s global bank loan strategy. The strategy encompassed building the number one secondary bank loan trading business, which involved building and running all of sales, trading, sourcing and research. Subsequently, Bob built Goldman’s primary business of underwriting leveraged loans by building and running the leveraged finance and capital markets team. As a result, Goldman Sachs became the first investment bank to compete with global money center banks in underwriting and syndicating corporate loans. After executing the model in North America, Bob expanded the business by building out Europe. Bob also built Goldman’s trade claim business. Bob and Ed Mulé teamed up to build the firm’s proprietary Direct Lending Business in 1996.

At the time Bob left Goldman Sachs in 2000, he was the head of the Global High Yield Business Unit, which included managing all sales, trading, capital markets, research, sourcing and the CLO business, while also running the Global Bank Loan Business and co-managing Goldman’s proprietary special situations and distressed investing activities with Ed. Bob was a member of Goldman’s Risk Committee, which was comprised of approximately 15 partners, including the CEO, who were responsible for managing the firm’s global risk exposure. He was also on the Board of Goldman Sachs International Bank and Senior Traders Committee. He was elected general partner in 1994.

Bob graduated from Fordham University with a BS in Finance in 1987.

Mr. Gatto joined Silver Point Capital in April 2002 and became the first non-founding partner in January 2003. Today, he is the head of the Firm’s Private Side, which includes the Firm’s Direct Lending business and the Firm’s Restructuring Activities.

Prior to joining Silver Point, Mr. Gatto worked at Goldman Sachs as a senior member within the Special Situations Investing Business. Before Goldman, Mr. Gatto designed and taught credit training programs for loan officers of North American and European Financial Institutions, and prior to his training program work, he was a loan officer and director of Global Training at Citibank.

Outside of Silver Point, Mr. Gatto is an adjunct professor at Columbia Business School and Fordham University’s Gabelli School of Business, where he teaches courses on credit analysis, and distressed value & special situation investing.

He authored the credit investing textbook – “The Credit Investor’s Handbook: Leveraged Loans, High Yield Bonds and Distressed Debt.”

Mr. Gatto received an M.B.A. from Columbia Business School and a B.A. in Economics from Cornell University.

Mr. Davis joined Silver Point Capital in 2008 and became a Partner in 2019.

He is Head of Public Investing. Prior to joining Silver Point, Mr. Davis was an analyst at Goldman Sachs where he worked with equity and credit derivatives.

Mr. Davis graduated summa cum laude from Brigham Young University where he earned a B.S. in Accounting.

Mr. Reganato joined Silver Point Capital in 2002 and became a Partner in 2019.

He is Head of the Firm’s Restructuring activities. Prior to joining the Firm’s restructuring efforts, Mr. Reganato was a Managing Director on the Public Desk. Before Silver Point, Mr. Reganato was an analyst in the Leveraged Finance group of the Investment Banking Division at Morgan Stanley.

He graduated summa cum laude from New York University’s Stern School of Business with a B.S. in Finance and Accounting.

Mr. Altmann is a Managing Director, Senior Markets Analyst focused on Credit Market Opportunites, Special Situations and Markets on the Public Desk. Previously, he spent two years as a Global Strategist at Woodbine Capital Advisors. Prior to joining Woodbine, Mr. Altmann had been an investment analyst on Silver Point’s Public Desk. He graduated summa cum laude from the University of Pennsylvania, Huntsman Program in International Studies and Business with a B.A. in International Studies from the School of Arts and Sciences and a B.S. in Economics from the Wharton School.

Mr. Alzapiedi is Co-Head of Trading. Prior to joining Silver Point, Mr. Alzapiedi worked for Gabelli Asset Management where he managed the broker-dealer trading desk. He graduated from Roger Williams University with a B.A. in Finance.

Mr. Arellano is a Managing Director on the Public Desk focusing on Credit Market Opportunities and Special Situations. Prior to joining Silver Point, Mr. Arellano was a Managing Director at Anchorage Capital Group. Prior to Anchorage Capital, Mr. Arellano worked at Gracie Asset Management. He began his career at Sowood Capital Management. Mr. Arellano received a B.S. in Management Science from Massachusetts Institute of Technology.

Mr. Banks is a Managing Director on the Public Desk and Co-Head of Business Development in the Americas. Mr. Banks began his career at Silver Point working on the Public Desk, where he currently serves as a Senior Committee Analyst, focusing on Credit Market Opportunities and Special Situations. As Co-Head of Business Development, Mr. Banks is also responsible for overseeing the Firms’ existing and prospective investor outreach efforts in the Americas and driving the growth of the Firm’s global capital base. Prior to joining Silver Point, Mr. Banks was a Vice President in Morgan Stanley’s Healthcare Investment Banking Group. Prior to Morgan Stanley, Mr. Banks was a Senior Associate at Trivest Partners, L.P. responsible for healthcare private equity investing. He began his career at SunTrust Banks as Assistant Vice President of Corporate Banking. Mr. Banks earned his JD with honors from the University of Chicago Law School and his BSBA with honors from the University of Florida.

Ms. Bloom joined Silver Point in 2013. She is the Head of Human Resources. Prior to joining Silver Point, Ms. Bloom was a Human Resources Generalist and Project Manager at Soros Fund Management. Before Soros, she spent 20 years at Goldman Sachs within Human Resources. Ms. Bloom graduated from Trinity College with a BS in Economics.

Mr. Brockett is a Managing Director on the Capital Markets team. Prior to joining Silver Point, Mr. Brockett was with Goldman Sachs, most recently as a Managing Director in the Leveraged Finance Investment Banking Division. He started his career at Goldman Sachs as an Analyst in the Securities Division. Mr. Brockett received a B.A. in Political Economy from Yale University.

Mr. Crosetto is a Managing Director focused on Real Estate for the Firm’s Direct Lending Strategy. Previously, Mr. Crosetto worked at HPS Investment Partners as a Managing Director in the Real Estate Investing Group. Prior to that, he was Chief Operating Officer at Kushner Companies and Vornado Realty Trust as a Vice President in Acquisitions and Capital Markets. Mr. Crosetto began his career at Goldman Sachs in the Special Situations Group and the Investment Banking Division. Mr. Crosetto received his B.A. in Economics and M.B.A from Stanford University, where he was an Arjay Miller Scholar.

Mr. Crutchfield joined Silver Point in 2008. He is Chief Technology Officer – Infrastructure and Cybersecurity. Prior to joining Silver Point Capital, Mr. Crutchfield worked as a Vice President in the IT department of Morgan Stanley. Mr. Crutchfield holds both an M.S. and a B.S. in Information Systems from Marist College.

Mr. DiNello is the Head of Direct Lending. Mr. DiNello joined the Firm as an Investment Analyst and has spent time on both the Direct Lending and Restructuring teams. In 2015, when Silver Point raised Specialty Credit Fund I, Mr. DiNello began focusing full time on Direct Lending, before assuming his current role in 2020 of leading Direct Lending. Before joining Silver Point, Mr. DiNello worked in the Global Industrials & Services Group of Credit Suisse First Boston. Mr. DiNello graduated with highest honors from the University of Michigan Business School with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, with an emphasis in finance and accounting.

Mr. Dorigo joined Silver Point in 2005. He is the Chief Financial Officer of the Funds, responsible for all operations, accounting, financing, analysis and reporting related to the Silver Point Funds. Mr. Dorigo initially joined Silver Point in 2005 on the Accounting and Valuation teams, ultimately leading and developing the Valuation team, Reporting team, and the Financing team. Mr. Dorigo was named Deputy CFO of the Funds in 2017 and CFO of the Funds in January 2020. Mr. Dorigo graduated from New York University’s College of Arts and Science with a B.A. in Economics.

Mr. Ehmer is a Managing Director on the Public Trading Desk focusing on Credit Market Opportunities and Special Situations. Mr. Ehmer holds a joint degree from the University of Pennsylvania, where he graduated summa cum laude with a B.S. in Economics from the Wharton School and BAS in Systems Engineering from the School of Engineering and Applied Science.

Mr. Esposito is a Senior Analyst on the CLO Team. Prior to Silver Point, Mr. Esposito was a Principal, Credit Research Analyst at Octagon Credit Investors. Prior to that, Mr. Esposito was with Ares Management as Principal in the Liquid Credit Group. He also previously held positions with Imperial Capital and The Royal Bank of Scotland. Mr. Esposito received a B.S. in Business Administration from Georgetown University.

Mr. Fallon is a Managing Director on the Firm’s Restructuring team. Prior to joining Silver Point, he was a Managing Director in the Restructuring and Special Situations Group at PJT Partners. Prior to that, Mr. Fallon was an associate with the Blackstone Group and Pensler Capital. Mr. Fallon received his M.B.A in Finance from The University of Pennsylvania and graduated from Yale University with a B.A. in Anthropology and Economics.

Mr. Gregory is a Managing Director on the Firm’s Direct Lending team. Mr. Gregory began his career at Silver Point in 2005 and spent nearly fourteen years with the Firm, most recently as a senior analyst on the Public Desk. Prior to rejoining Silver Point, Mr. Gregory was a Director at Taconic Capital. He received his B.A. in International Studies and B.S. in Economics from the University of Pennsylvania.

Ms. Hatch joined Silver Point in 2004. She is the Chief Financial Officer for the Firm overseeing firm accounting and reporting as well as technology and fund accounting. Prior to joining Silver Point, Ms. Hatch was a Senior Manager for two years at Ernst & Young and spent seven years at Arthur Andersen serving audit and business advisory clients in the financial markets. Ms. Hatch graduated from New York University’s Stern School of Business with an MBA in Accounting and Finance and from Northwestern University with a B.S. in Mathematics and Economics.

Ms. Johnson is the Co-Head of Business Development in the Americas. As Co-Head of Business Development, Ms. Johnson is responsible for the Firms’ existing and prospective investor outreach efforts in the Americas and driving the growth of the Firm’s global capital base. She began her career at Silver Point as a member of the Investor Relations and Marketing team. Ms. Johnson graduated from the University of Connecticut where she earned a B.S. in Mathematics.

Mr. Jordan is a Managing Director on the Firm’s Direct Lending team. Prior to joining the Firm, Mr. Jordan was a Managing Director at Brightwood Capital Advisors and Head of Originations at H.I.G. WhiteHorse. Mr. Jordan received his MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and his B.A. from James Madison University.

Mr. Kallmann is a Managing Director on the Public Desk focusing on Credit Market Opportunities and Special Situations. Prior to joining Silver Point, Mr. Kallmann was Head of Distressed Investment Sourcing at GoldenTree Asset Management. Before GoldenTree, he was a Managing Director at Och-Ziff Capital Management, a Vice President at Avenue Capital and was also previously an Analyst at Silver Point. He started his career as an Investment Banking Analyst at Goldman Sachs. Mr. Kallmann graduated from Dartmouth College with a B.A. in History.

Mr. Kasmarcik joined Silver Point in 2008. He is the Chief Compliance Officer. Prior to joining Silver Point, Mr. Kasmarcik worked for the Enforcement Division of the United States Securities and Exchange Commission as an Attorney from March 2004 to April 2008 and as a Securities Compliance Examiner from July 1999 to March 2004. Mr. Kasmarcik earned a JD from Pace Law School and a BS in Business Administration – Finance from Binghamton University.

Mr. Kecskes is a Managing Director on the Public Desk focusing on Credit Market Opportunities and Special Situations. Prior to joining Silver Point, Mr. Kecskes was a Managing Director covering energy, industrials and mining at Global Credit Advisers. Before Global Credit Advisers, he was a high yield desk analyst at Morgan Stanley and prior to that, was an analyst in the Leveraged Finance Group at Citigroup. Mr. Kecskes received his M.B.A from Columbia Business School, his B.S. in Finance from the University of Florida and is a CFA Charterholder.

Mr. Ko is the COO of the Investor Relations and Business Development (“IR & BD”) group and is responsible for the strategic development and operational growth of the team as well as evaluating or executing on new capital raising and product initiatives. Mr. Ko also oversees the group’s Product Strategy and Development function. Prior to joining Silver Point, he was Principal of Capital Formation and Investor Solutions at Varagon Capital Partners. Before that, Mr. Ko was Vice President of Corporate Development at Golub Capital and Assistant Vice President of Corporate Strategy at Springleaf Financial Services. He began his career in the Financial Institutions Investment Banking group at Bank of America Merrill Lynch. Mr. Ko graduated from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania where he earned a B.S. in Economics, Finance and Marketing.

Mr. Kovacs is a Senior Analyst on the CLO Team. Prior to Silver Point, Mr. Kovacs was a Principal at Blackstone Credit/GSO Capital. Prior to that, Mr. Kovacs was a Vice President at Sumitomo Mitsui Trust Bank and an Investment Analyst at Chicago Fundamental Investment Partners. Mr. Kovacs also previously held the position of Analyst in Corporate Banking at Wells Fargo. Mr. Kovacs received a B.A. in Economics and Finance from Muhlenberg College and an M.S. in Finance from the University of Illinois.

Mr. Koziol is a Managing Director on the Firm’s Direct Lending team. Prior to joining the Firm, Mr. Koziol was a Vice President at WL Ross & Co. and worked at Clearlake Capital Group. He began his career in the Restructuring Group of Lazard Ltd. Mr. Koziol graduated from Colgate University with a B.A. in Mathematical Economics.

Ms. Kukuruza is a Senior Analyst on the CLO Team. Prior to Silver Point, Ms. Kukuruza was a Senior Credit Analyst at Intermediate Capital Group. Prior to that, Ms. Kukuruza was with SKY Harbor Capital Management as a Credit Analyst and Barclays as a Senior Bond and Loan Analyst. Ms. Kukuruza received a B.S. in Applied Mathematics from Massachusetts Institute of Technology.

Mr. Lee is the Head of Business Development in Europe, Middle East and Africa (“EMEA”). Mr. Lee is responsible for the Firm’s existing and prospective investor outreach efforts in EMEA and driving the growth of the Firm’s global capital base. Prior to joining Silver Point, Mr. Lee was a Managing Director and Head of Investor Relations at Keensight Capital. Before Keensight, he was a Partner and Head of Investor Relations at Novalpina Capital and prior to that, a Managing Director at Park Hill Private Equity. Mr. Lee also held senior capital raising roles at Mercury Capital Advisors and Zouk Capital in the UK. He received his Bachelor degree in Foreign Civilizations from University Paris X and his Masters of Science in Management from NEOMA Business School.

Mr. Lavelle is a Managing Director on the Firm’s Restructuring team. Mr. Lavelle began his career at Credit Suisse as an Investment Banking Analyst before joining Silver Point in 2008 for 11 years, most recently as a Senior Investment Analyst on the Restructuring team. Prior to rejoining the Firm in 2024, Mr. Lavelle co-founded, built out and monetized a brownfield dental office venture. Mr. Lavelle received his BBA in Finance and Psychology from the University of Notre Dame.

Mr. Lescott is Chief Operating Officer on the Firm’s Public Desk. Prior to joining Silver Point, Mr. Lescott was Founder at Adaptive Portfolio Technologies. Prior to that, he was at Inherent Group as Portfolio Manager and Chimney Rock Investments as Founder and Portfolio Manager following its spinoff from Ziff Brothers Investments, where he previously served as President of Ziff Brothers Fixed Income. Mr. Lescott began his career at Salmon Brothers Inc. as an Associate in Global Fixed Income. He received his B.A. in Philosophy from the College of the Holy Cross and his MBA from Harvard Business School.

Mr. Lovitt is a Managing Director and Head of Research on the Public Desk. Previously, Mr. Lovitt was a Partner and Portfolio Manager at GMO. Mr. Lovitt had been an investment analyst on Silver Point’s Public Desk prior to that. Before joining the Firm, he was in the Mergers & Acquisitions Department of Morgan Stanley. Prior to that, he worked as an attorney at Kirkland & Ellis after clerking at the United States Supreme Court. Mr. Lovitt has his JSD from Stanford University Law School and his B.A. in Economics and Philosophy from Dartmouth College.

Mr. Masi is a Senior Trader on the CLO Team. Prior to Silver Point, Mr. Masi was a Managing Director and Trader at Onex Credit Partners. Prior to that, he was with American Capital as a Credit Trader. Mr. Masi also held the position of Credit Trader at FBR Capital Markets and began his career with US Bank as a Structured Finance Analyst. Mr. Masi received his B.A. in Economics from Union College.

Mr. McElwee is Head of CLO Capital Markets and Structuring. Prior to joining Silver Point, he was Director of CLO Structuring and Strategic Business Development at Investcorp Credit Management. Prior to that, Mr. McElwee was Director of Business Development and Investor Relations at Marble Point Credit Management and previously held the position of Vice President in Credit Structuring at Deutsche Bank Securities. Mr. McElwee began his career at Bank of America Merrill Lynch as an Analyst. He received his B.S. in Business Administration from Georgetown University.

Mr. Mirchandani is a Managing Director on the Public Trading Desk focusing on Credit Market Opportunities and Special Situations and is based in Europe. Prior to joining Silver Point, Mr. Mirchandani was a Partner and Portfolio Manager at Inherent Group. Before Inherent Group, he was a Senior Research Analyst at King Street Capital Management. He began his career as an Investment Banking Analyst at Goldman Sachs. Mr. Mirchandani received a B.A. in Government and Economics from Harvard University.

Mr. Montague is primarily focused on the origination, structuring and distribution of Direct Lending opportunities for the Firm. Previously, Mr. Montague was a Senior Investment Analyst for Silver Point and started his career in Investment Banking at Robert W. Baird & Co. Mr. Montague received a B.S. in Foreign Service with a major in International Economics, and concentration in Finance and Commerce from Georgetown University’s School of Foreign Service.

Mr. Mount is Head of Liquid Performing Credit and CLO Portfolio Manager. Prior to joining Silver Point, Mr. Mount spent 10 years managing CLOs, SMAs and total return funds at CIFC Asset Management. Prior to that, Mr. Mount was a Portfolio Manager and Credit Analyst with CypressTree Investment Management, before it was acquired by CIFC. Mr. Mount received his B.S. in Psychology from St. Lawrence University and an M.B.A. from Northeastern University.

Mr. Musicaro is a Senior Analyst on the CLO Team. Prior to Silver Point, Mr. Musicaro was a Director, Senior Investment Analyst at Hayfin Capital Management. Prior to that, Mr. Musicaro was with Moody’s as a Corporate Credit Analyst in the Consumer Products and Healthcare Ratings Group. Mr. Musicaro received a B.A. in Economics and History from Colby College.

Mr. O’Connor is a Trader on the Desk. Prior to Silver Point, Mr. O’Connor was a Director in High Yield and Distressed Sales at Barclays Capital. Prior to that, Mr. O’Connor held positions at Jefferies and Knight Capital Group, both in High Yield and Distressed Sales. Mr. O’Connor began his career in the United States Navy as a Lieutenant. Mr. O’Connor received his B.S. in Political Science from the United States Naval Academy and his MBA from NYU’s Leonard N. Stern School of Business.

Ms. Olsen is a Trader on the Desk. Prior to Silver Point, Ms. Olsen was a Senior Trader at Regiment Capital Advisors. Prior to that, she was with KKR as a Credit Trader. Ms. Olsen also held the positions of Research Analyst in Distressed Debt as well as Trader in Leverage Loan & Distressed Trading at Morgan Stanley. Ms. Olsen received her B.A. in Mathematics and Economics from Duke University.

Ms. Parker is the Head of Investor Relations and is responsible for leading and overseeing the Product Specialist team, who serve as deep product and portfolio experts, drive servicing & management of our existing investor base and support our active fundraising efforts. Ms. Parker began her career at Silver Point on our Direct Lending team. Prior to joining Silver Point, she was a member of the Leveraged Finance Group at Merrill Lynch. Ms. Parker graduated summa cum laude from New York University’s Stern School of Business where she earned a B.S. in Finance and Accounting.

Ms. Penza is responsible for strategic initiatives within Direct Lending. Previously, Ms. Penza was a Managing Director in the Financial Institutions Investment Banking group at Wells Fargo Securities, where she primarily focused on the alternative and traditional asset managers sector and led the BDC practice. Before Wells Fargo, Ms. Penza was an investor accountant for PHH Mortgage. Ms. Penza received her M.B.A from Georgetown University and B.A. in Business Administration and Political Science and International Relations from the American University in Bulgaria.

Mr. Putman is a Managing Director on the Firm’s Direct Lending team. Previously, Mr. Putman was Managing Director at Angelo Gordon and Chief Financial Officer at Torch Energy. Mr. Putman has held positions at Alda Capital, D.B. Zwirn and Merrill Lynch. Mr. Putman graduated from the University of Texas with a B.B.A in Finance.

Mr. Saypol joined Silver Point in 2006. He is the Chief Operating Officer having previously spent more than a decade as a senior investment professional on the Public Desk focusing on Credit Market Opportunities and Special Situations. Prior to joining Silver Point, he was a member of the Consumer, Food and Retail Group at Lazard Ltd. Mr. Saypol graduated Summa Cum Laude from Princeton University with a B.A. in Economics.

Mr. Schraml joined Silver Point in 2007. He is Chief Technology Officer – Development and Reporting. Prior to joining Silver Point Capital, Mr. Schraml worked as a Senior Developer at Pepsi Bottling Group. Mr. Schraml holds a B.S. in Information Technology from Marist College.

Mr. Schumacher is a Managing Director on the Firm’s Direct Lending team. Previously, he worked at Deutsche Bank, most recently as a Managing Director in Leveraged Finance Capital Markets, after working in Leveraged Finance Origination. Mr. Schumacher received an M.B.A. from Cornell University’s Johnson Graduate School of Management and a B.S. in Finance from Oswego State University.

Mr. Seminario is a Managing Director on the Firm’s Direct Lending team. Previously, Mr. Seminario was a Senior Managing Director and Head of Originations at PNC for their Technology Finance Group. Before PNC, Mr. Seminario was a Senior Portfolio Analyst at Wells Fargo Capital Finance. He began his career at Ernst & Young as a Senior Audit Associate. Mr. Seminario received his B.S. in Finance and Accounting from California State University and his M.S. in Accounting from the University of Notre Dame.

Mr. Sheahan is primarily focused on credit underwriting for the Firm’s Direct Lending strategy. Mr. Sheahan also serves on the Direct Lending’s Investment Committees. Previously, Mr. Sheahan founded MFS Capital LLC and was a Managing Director in the Special Situations Group at Ares Management Corporation. Mr. Sheahan was previously a senior investment professional in the Firm’s Direct Lending business, as well as a Vice President in the Special Situations Group at TCW/Crescent Capital Group. Mr. Sheahan began his career in the investment banking division of Donaldson, Lufkin and Jenrette. Mr. Sheahan graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Honors Business Administration with distinction, from the Richard Ivey School of Business at the University of Western Ontario. Mr. Sheahan also received a certificate of Executive Education from Harvard Business School. He is also a CFA Charterholder.

Mr. Sikander is a Managing Director on the Public Desk focusing on Credit Market Opportunities and Special Situations. Mr. Sikander was previously a Portfolio Manager within Blackstone’s Senfina Advisors platform. Prior to that, Mr. Sikander spent eight years at Serengeti Asset Management, joining as an analyst and becoming a Senior Managing Director within the research team. Before Serengeti, he was an associate at Gryphon Investors. Mr. Sikander began his career as an analyst in the Media and Telecommunications Group at DLJ. Mr. Sikander received an M.B.A. from The Wharton School and a B.S. in Commerce from the McIntire School of Commerce at the University of Virginia.

Mr. Staples is a Managing Director on the Public Desk focusing on Credit Market Opportunities and Special Situations. Prior to joining Silver Point, Mr. Staples was a Distressed Debt and Special Situations analyst at GMO. Before GMO, he was on the M&A Investment Team at Leucadia National Corporation and prior to that was on the Private Equity Team at Partners Group AG. Mr. Staples graduated from Brigham Young University with a B.S. in Accounting.

Mr. Sweeney is a Managing Director and Head of Portfolio Management for the Firm’s Direct Lending Strategy. Previously, Mr. Sweeney was with Carlyle Global Credit focusing on Middle Market Direct Lending. Prior to that, Mr. Sweeney was a Vice President at Morgan Stanley and began his career at Allied Irish Banks. Mr. Sweeney received his B.B.S. from the University of Limerick.

Mr. Weiser joined Silver Point Capital in 2011. He is the General Counsel for the Firm, overseeing all legal and compliance. Previously, Mr. Weiser was the Firm’s Chief Compliance Officer. Prior to joining Silver Point, he was a Partner/Principal and Associate General Counsel at Ernst & Young, LLP. He also previously served as an Assistant U.S. Attorney in the U.S. Attorney’s Office, Eastern District of New York, an Associate at Cravath, Swaine and Moore, and a Law Clerk for U.S. District Court Judge John Gleeson. Mr. Weiser earned his J.D., cum laude, from New York University School of Law and graduated, magna cum laude, from the University of Pennsylvania.

Mr. Weisman is a Managing Director on the Firm’s Restructuring team. Previously, Mr. Weisman was a Managing Director at Oak Hill and an analyst at Plainfield Asset Management. He began his career in the Financial Sponsors Group at Citigroup and graduated summa cum laude from Cornell University with a B.S. in Applied Economics and Management.

Ms. Zaiman is a Managing Director on the Firm’s Direct Lending team. Previously, Ms. Zaiman was a loan closer in the leasing division of Citigroup, where she was responsible for managing the operations of the financing process from inception through closing. Before Citigroup, Ms. Zaiman was a mortgage coordinator at New Century Financial and Argent Mortgage. She graduated with a B.A. in Psychology from The George Washington University.

Mr. Zeitlin is the Chief Operating Officer on the Firm’s Direct Lending team. Mr. Zeitlin is a Founding Partner of New Ground Ventures and had previously been a Partner in Silver Point’s lending business, working at the Firm from 2002 through 2010. Mr. Zeitlin also worked as a Senior Associate at TPG and as an analyst in the Merchant Banking Division of Goldman. Mr. Zeitlin graduated with Highest Honors from the University of Texas at Austin, where he earned a B.B.A. in Finance and a B.A. in the Plan II Honors Program.

Mr. Dowd is a Managing Director on the Public Trading Desk focused on Credit Market Opportunities and Special Situations. He is a member of the Credit Committee, Portfolio Committee, Markets Committee and Risk Committee. Prior to joining Silver Point, Mr. Dowd was the Head of Credit at Viking Global Investors. Prior to that, he was a Managing Director and Senior Research Analyst at King Street Capital Management. Mr. Dowd served on King Street’s U.S. Investment Committee and oversaw its Tactical Credit Opportunity Fund. He began his career as an Investment Banking Analyst at Goldman Sachs. Mr. Dowd received his B.A in Economics from Harvard College.

Mr. Catera is a Managing Director on the Capital Markets team. Prior to joining Silver Point, Mr. Catera was a Partner and Head of Capital Markets at Siris Capital Group. Before that, he was an investment banking analyst at Deutsche Bank. Mr. Catera received a B.S. in Finance from Rutgers University.

Mr. Egee is Head of European Trading. Prior to joining Silver Point, Mr. Egee worked for Goldman Sachs where he was Managing Director and Head of European Leveraged Finance Trading. He graduated from The Pennsylvania State University with a B.S. in Finance.

Mr. Feil is a Senior Strategist on the Firm’s Direct Lending team. Previously, he was Head of Digital Strategies at Sixth Street Partners. Before that, he was a Portfolio Manager at Perry Capital. Mr. Feil began his career at Goldman Sachs, where he was Co-Head of Commodity Investor Strategies before becoming Head of Non-Agency RMBS & Consumer ABS Research. Mr. Feil received his B.A. in Computer Science with Honors in Creative Writing from Brown University.

Mr. Friedman is a Managing Director on the Public Desk focusing on Credit Market Opportunities and Special Situations. Prior to joining Silver Point, Mr. Friedman was a Partner at Whitefort Capital Management. Prior to that, he was with Grantham, Mayo, Van Otterloo & Co. LLC as Co-Head and Portfolio Manager of their Credit Opportunities Strategy, and Morgan Stanley as an Associate in the Distressed Debt and Special Situations Group. Mr. Friedman graduated from Dartmouth College with a B.A. in History.

Mr. Minchin is a Managing Director and the Head of Strategy for Silver Point. Previously, Mr. Minchin worked at Apollo Global Management, most recently as the Chief Operating Officer of Apollo Capital Solutions, having also worked in Business Strategy and Strategic Finance. Prior to Apollo, he was a Vice President in Citigroup’s Corporate and Investment Banking business focused on Finance & Strategy. Mr. Minchin graduated Cum Laude from Connecticut College where he earned a B.A. in Economics with a focus on Applied Statistics.

Mr. Patterson is a Managing Director on the Firm’s Direct Lending team. He also spent time on the Public Desk focused on Credit Market Opportunities and Special Situations. Prior to joining Silver Point, he was a senior associate at Wind Point Partners and an investment banking analyst at J.P. Morgan. Mr. Patterson graduated from Georgetown University with a B.A. in Government.

Mr. Squeri joined Silver Point in 2024. He is Global Chief Technology Officer. Prior to joining Silver Point Capital, Mr. Squeri held the roles of Global CIO and Chief Technology Officer at Citadel and Global Chief Information Officer at Barclays. Prior to that, he was Global Chief Technology Officer for Goldman Sachs’ Equity Division and more recently advised Google and Fintech start-ups. Mr. Squeri received his B.S. in Computer Science from City University of New York and M.B.A in Finance from Pace University.
